RETURN

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it by following conditions.

  • Product seal must be intact. (must be unused)
  • The item must be returned in the same condition you received it and in the original packing.
  • To save time and hassle you can provide an unboxing video of the product to save you from any inconvenience.
  • Please return all free or promotional items that came with the purchase else the return will become invalid.

How long after delivery can I submit my claim and how?

  • Returns accepted for 7 days
  • Rs 199.00 flat rate return shipping
  • No sale items

REFUND

Once we have received your return we will inspect it. If everything is perfect we will issue a full refund.

  • Product must be returned within 7 days from delivery.
  • Shipping cost of return will be paid by the customer.

EXCHANGE

We are happy to exchange your item for a different one if you received a defective or damaged product. Please contact our customer service team.
